Do you GoNoodle? It is the BEST! My kids LOVE it. They have a bunch of short videos to get your kids moving. They even have a few longer videos that are perfect for indoor recess. If you haven’t checked it out, you must!!! If you do GoNoodle, I would LOVE to hear which ones your class LOVES.
Today, I am linking up with Elizabeth at Kickin’ it in Kindergarten for her GoNoodle Sanity Savers linky party.
I try to incorporate a lot of movement breaks in my class. Yes, with transitions it does take more than two minutes…more like four minutes, but trust me, it is worth it. After my kids take a break, they are able to focus more on the task at hand. Shake Yo Foot is a class FAVORITE. We put it on at least once a week.
No, I do not mean Classroom quiet time.
I do not actually have a classroom quiet time.
I mean mommy quiet time. For me, it is at 5 am when I am having a cup of coffee and organizing my day. Everyone is asleep and it is peaceful. I prefer morning quiet time because, well, I am just too tired at the end of the day to enjoy it.
Umm….Have you SEEN White Collar yet???? Okay, I guess technically it just ended. I do not know how it ended yet so please don’t tell me. I just started watching it on Netflix before Christmas. I am just started season 4 this weekend. I have never binged on a show before, but I can watch three episodes on Friday and another three on Saturday. No Joke. This show is AMAZING!!!! And Matt Bomer is Beatiful. I’m just sayin.
I know, I know, Frozen is so over done, but seriously, Elsa is right. Sometimes you just have to Let It Go.
Okay, just for fun, Guess how many items in my house SING Let It Go.
Yes, items.
Not just toys.
Think t-shirts.
And watches.
And Jewelry boxes.
And 4 year old girls.
